Mr. Jihui Qian co-founded Chengdu New Radiomedicine Technology Co., Ltd. in 2016. He served as the Director of the first and second Board of Directors of the company, and the Chairman of the Strategy Committee.

Mr. Qian graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology. He is a professor-level senior engineer. Mr. Qian was the President of Nuclear Power Institute of China and served as the Deputy Director General at International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for ten years. Mr. Qian was a member of the Expert Committee of National Nuclear Safety Administration, a Senior Advisor of the Science and Technology Committee of State Administration of Science, Technology, and Industry for National Defense, and a Senior Advisor of the Science and Technology Committee of the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). Mr. Qian was also a visiting professor at the Nuclear Energy Research Institute of Tsinghua University and a member of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
