Dr. Chaoran Huang holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from Peking University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He has over 20 years of research and management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He previously worked at the State Key Laboratory of Membrane Biology—a joint initiative of the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, and Tsinghua University—and conducted biomedical and pharmaceutical research at several universities in the United States.

Mr. Huang entered the pharmaceutical industry in the 1990s and has since held positions at leading global pharmaceutical companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), Takeda, and Biogen.
