Ms. Lei Liu graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a certified Senior Quality Management Engineer and a member of the Analytical Division of the Chengdu Pharmaceutical Association.

Ms. Liu has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management, with expertise across product lifecycle including R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization.

She is well-versed in global pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Liu led the establishment, optimization, and operation of quality management systems such as GMP, GSP and ISO 9001, at Sichuan Xinsidun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Shuxi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. covering both APIs and sterile preparations. She also spearheaded EU product registration and certification efforts.
