Ms. Lei Liu graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is an internationally certified Senior Quality Management Engineer and a member of the Pharmaceutical Analysis Committee of the Chengdu Pharmaceutical Association.

Ms. Liu has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management, with comprehensive expertise across the full product lifecycle, including R&D, manufacturing, and commercial distribution. She is a versatile quality management professional with strengths in R&D quality systems, commercial production compliance, and supply chain quality assurance.

She is well-versed in global pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements, including those of China, the U.S. FDA, the European Union, ICH, WHO, and PIC/S.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Liu led the establishment, optimization, and continuous operation of quality management systems such as GMP, GSP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 across multiple pharmaceutical companies, covering both APIs and sterile preparations. She also spearheaded EU product registration and certification efforts, accumulating extensive hands-on experience.
