Mr. Luo previously held positions at Chengdu Gaotong Isotope Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Yunke Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where he gained substantial hands-on experience in medical isotope production and supply, radiopharmaceutical market development, sales team management, and industry resource integration.
