Mr. Jiming Cai co-founded Chengdu New Radiomedicine Technology Co., Ltd. in 2016 and currently serves as Chairman of the Third Board of Directors and President of the company.

He graduated from East China University of Technology and holds the title of Full Professor and Master’s Supervisor. Over the course of his career, Mr. Cai has held several prominent leadership positions, including Vice President of the Sichuan Provincial Research Institute of Atomic Energy and Vice President of the Natural Resources Science Research Institute of Sichuan Province. He has also served as Director of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Exchange Center and Director of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Promotion and Development Center, as well as Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Leshan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

In addition, Mr. Cai has served as Secretary-General of the Sichuan Association for Nuclear Technology Application, Director of the Sichuan Nuclear Society, and Director of the China Isotope and Radiation Industry Association.
